When I’m not doing librarian things, I love to bake and make ice cream, travel, and dream about traveling. I recently took Monthly’s Creative Baking with Christina Tosi class and it was AMAZING. I learned so much and got over my fear (intimidation?) of her recipes, which all have multiple components to them. And I made a Rice Krispie Treat cake! And a chestnut pie with miso caramel and an oat/sesame crust- just thinking about it makes me so happy!
